To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid invite code. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious code or content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Messaging Terms

Our platform enables businesses to send SMS and email messages to their leads and customers. By using our messaging features, you agree to the following:

For Business Users (Senders)

You will only send messages to individuals who have provided consent to receive communications
You will comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act
You will promptly honor all opt-out requests
You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account

For Message Recipients

Consent: By providing your phone number through a lead inquiry form, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Recurring messages may be sent based on your inquiry and ongoing communication.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including but not limited to business information, client data, quotes, and communications. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant Invenzz a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. AI Assistant

The Service includes an AI-powered assistant. While we strive for accuracy, the AI assistant:

May occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information
Should not be solely relied upon for critical business decisions
Does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, etc.)

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
Provide accurate billing information
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invenzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
